Alpha software

Closive is pre-release software provided to invited users for evaluation. It is offered as is, without warranties of any kind. Features may change or be removed, and behaviour may be incomplete or wrong. There is no service level commitment and no uptime guarantee.

Access

Access is by invitation. One verified Google account maps to exactly one Closive account. Do not share your account or let anyone else sign in as you. We may suspend or end access during the alpha, and we will tell you if we do.

Your content

Your mail, calendar, files, messages and everything Closive derives from them remain yours. You grant us only the permission needed to operate the product for you, as described in our Privacy policy. We claim no ownership over your content and will not use it to train models.

Approval and responsibility

Closive prepares work; you decide what happens with it. Any external effect requires your explicit approval of the exact content you have reviewed. You remain responsible for what you approve, send, promise or decide, and for meeting your own confidentiality, professional and legal obligations toward the people you work with.

Closive can be wrong. It can misread a message, miss an obligation, or propose the wrong next step. Treat its output as a draft to check, not a decision that has been made for you.

Acceptable use

• Do not use Closive for unlawful purposes or to harm others.
• Do not attempt to access another account’s data, probe the service for weaknesses without telling us, or interfere with its operation.
• Do not connect an account whose contents you are not permitted to process this way.

Cost

The alpha is free. There is nothing to pay and no obligation to continue if we introduce pricing later.

Keeping your own records

Because this is alpha software, do not rely on Closive as the only place an important commitment exists. Keep your own record of anything you cannot afford to lose.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Closive is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost business or lost data arising from your use of the alpha.

Ending it

You can stop using Closive at any time. Revoke access from your Google account permissions and email manpreet@closive.ai to have your account and data deleted.
