Support

Closive is small enough that support is a person, not a ticket queue. Everything below goes to the same inbox.

Effective 26 August 2026

Getting in touch

Write to manpreet@closive.ai — questions, bugs, a wrong reading, a feature you need, or a security concern. We aim to reply within two business days.

Getting access

Closive is invite-only. Ask for an invitation from the form on the homepage and tell us a little about the work you own. Accounts are added by hand, a few at a time.

Signing in

Invited users sign in with Google at staging.closive.ai/auth/sign-in. The app currently runs at staging.closive.ai while the alpha is being tested; if that changes, invited users will be told directly.

If sign-in fails, or Closive says it needs you to reconnect Google, sign in again and re-approve the permissions. Reconnecting must use the same Google account — a different account is rejected rather than swapped in.

Disconnecting Google

Signing out ends your session but leaves background sync connected. To disconnect properly, remove Closive from your Google account permissions, or email us and we will remove the grant and stop the sync. Your account and its history stay in place unless you also ask for deletion.

Deleting your account and data

Email manpreet@closive.ai from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We will remove your account, its database and its stored files, and confirm when it is done. Account data is removed from remaining recovery backups within 90 days. See the data retention policy.

Reporting something urgent

If you believe your account has been accessed by someone else, or you have found a security problem, revoke Closive’s access in Google and email manpreet@closive.ai with “security” in the subject line. We will respond directly.
